Technical description of room-modules with fixed walls (office, accommodation, sanitary) manufactured by the company Contproduct Container.

Contproduct’s room-modules have a self-supporting construction and are delivered and transported as a turn-key building structure. All around welded and twisting-resistant steel framework forms a room unit. The frames are adapted to ISO standard and can be arranged according to requirement side by side, one behind the other or on top of each other. By omitting of outside walls or by building-in of inner partition walls a space of any size can be created.

1. FRAME:

    Welded steel frame from rolled profiles and square iron, thickness 3 mm. Corner blocks of the module have dimensions according to ISO standard.


2. FLOOR:

  • framework: cold rolled steel profiles S 235, EN 10025 and square iron, thickness 3 mm, spacing of pockets for high lift truck 2.050 mm.
  • insulation: mineral wool, thickness 60 mm (density 90 kg/m3) galvanized metal plate, thickness 0.6 – 0.7 mm, PE-foil, on demand insulation up to 150 mm
  • floor: chipboard plates (E1), thickness 20 mm, PVC floor covering, thickness 1.5 mm, grey shade, welded strips In sanitary room-modules the floor can be made as a basin with PVC pulled-up on side walls (100 mm) - with extra payment.

3 . ROOF:

  • Covering: galvanized metal plate, thickness 0.6 – 0.75 mm (CSN Standard 11375) St 38 with double welt
  • Insulation: mineral wool plates, thickness 100 mm, PE-foil on demand insulation up to 150 mm Inner paneling chipboard E1, two-side laminated, thickness 10 mm, white colour


4. CORNER POSTS: 

  • cold rolled steel profiles S 235, EN 10025 (CSN 11375) St 38, thickness 3 mm


5. PERIPHERAL WALLS:

  • frame: supporting frames from wooden balks
  • inner paneling: chipboard E1, two-side laminated, thickness 10 mm, white colour or wood decor (with extra payment)
  • outside paneling: profiled (trapezoidal) galvanized metal plate, thickness 0.6 – 0.75 mm, painted in RAL shades (according to customer’s requirement) lakovaný v odstínech RAL
  • insulation: mineral wool, thickness 50 mm ( insulation thickness up to 150 mm – with extra payment)


6. PARTITION WALLS:

  • frame: wooden frame
  • insulation: without insulation or when required mineral wool, thickness 50 mm
  • paneling: chipboard, white or wooden decor (light oak) with extra payment, thickness 10 mm


7. DOORS:

  • outside door: single-winged with steel framing, galvanized steel plate, dimension 875 x 1.970 mm, with cylindrical locking device and 3 keys.
  • inner door: veneered wooden door with honeycombed filling, right or left hinge orientation, dimension 850 x 1.970 mm, 750 x 1.970 mm, 650 x 1.970 mm


8. WINDOWS:

  • office and accommodation modules: 2 pcs PVC window 900 x 1.200 mm with insulated glass-covering, pivoted / ventilation, plastic blind, or 1.800 x 1.800 mm pivoted-ventilation / FIX
  • sanitary module: PVC window 600 x 600 mm with insulated glass-covering, ventilation, matt surface glass


9. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:

Electrical installation - flush-mounted wiring, in sanitary modules moisture-resisting. All parts correspond to EN Standards.

  • on demand installation for IT nets or in conformity with foreign standards (e.g. Norwegian ones)
  • on demand special installations (communication, aerial or preparation for them)
  • on demand installation of floor heating


10. WATER INSTALLATION:

standard execution in PVC, copper or COMAP execution with extra payment

  • water supply: PVC pipe ½“, ¾“ or 1“, side inlet through the module wall
  • warm water production: instantaneous water heater 5 l placed under table or electrical boiler – capacity according to type of module (80, 150 or 300 liters) Warning! 80 or 150 liters boilers are suitable only for max. working pressure 6 bars, 300 liters boiler for 10 bars. At higher water pressure installation of reduction valve is necessary.
  • wastes: led in plastic piping ( 50 or 110 mm) interconnected in the module through module side wall and must be discharged in approved drain


11. HEATING AND AIR-CONDITIONING (WITH EXTRA PAYMENT):

  • Individual heating by means of electrical heaters controlled by thermostat. Ventilation can be ensured by electrical fans, on demand installation of air-conditioning system


12. PAINTING:

Two-component paint in RAL shades: RAL 5010 (Enzian blue), 7035 (light grey), 9010 (white). Other shades with extra payment. Multi-colour execution with extra payment also possible.

Paint thickness:
primer - 40µm minimum
top coat - 80 – 100 µm

13. THERMAL INSULATION (calculated)::

  • floor (80 cm): K-value: 0.52 W/m2K roof (100 cm): K-value: 0.43 W/m2K
  • outside wall (60 cm): K-value: 0.68 W/m2K
  • windows K-value: 2.10 W/m2K
  • doors K-value: 1.90 W/m2K


14. LOADING CAPACITY:

Empty modules can be stored 3 on top of each other. In case of compositions with 2 or 3 floors reinforced corner posts are workshop built-in.

  • floor loading capacity 250 kg/m2
  • roof loading capacity 350 kg/m2

15. WIND RESISTANCE:
Individual room-module without anchoring is resistant to the wind force of 100 km/h.

16. SEATING, ASSEMBLY:

Room-module must be seated on prepared even surface (responsibility of the customer) – foundation balks from wood or concrete with 6 supporting points for 1 module in tolerance +/- 10 mm for a module. The same is valid for seating and assembly of more modules into a composition. Modules can be also seated on concrete continuous footing, Freezing depth must correspond to local conditions and characteristic of subsoil. Evenness of foundations is basic presumption of smooth assembly and faultless condition of the whole composition.
